They made the recruitment process more difficult; previously, they only had a situational judgment test and an interview, but now they have added an onsite assessment.

I wonder how their recruitment works because i applied the first day they job went live but still got an email saying that due to high volume of applicant they couldn’t take no more for this intake and also a bit strange because the job advert stayed on for 5 day and didn’t close earlier
