Just read on the TFL site of at a 30m frequency, the Discovery Line Train running btwn Cutty Sark and Tower Gateway Saturdays and Sundays from 4 August to 9 September 2018, 10:00 to 17:00... This is aimed for tourists

Bizarre?

I think it has a tour guide. I had no clue it was route- and time-specific from the publicity, though.

Had a TfL email about this a couple of weeks ago. £8 iirc for a non stop ride with a blue badge guide doing commentary with a return on a normal service thrown in for free.
