Hi, installed this about 3 years ago and it work just fine.
Its just a portable 9600btu air con unit, in the loft, with in line fans and acoustic air ducts.
Two bedrooms run off it no problem, each bedroom can control its own air flow.
I know I could have put in two proper split units, but then you have to get people in and then run pipe outside for the external fan compressor and maybe even planning permission. The cost would be many thousands.
This system runs virtually silent as everything in the loft cushioned to stop vibration.
The remote control goes down a light pipe, intended to be used for model railways, so can be operated from the bedroom!
