Disruption on the GEML.

Hi will the great eastern main line have any disruption on it? Am asking this because it states on the national rail enquiries website that there will be work on the line and that some of the serivices will be replaced by busses. I am hopeing to go on the class 90 to Colchester. Will there be any disruption?
