Dispatch interview

Hi all I’ve gotten an interview for the role of dispatch at Leeds station, and in the email it states the day will consist off 3 group assessments and a competency based interview does anyone know what this will consist off, as i can’t seem to find much online about, any help will be appreciated

Assuming this is Northern you're applying for, what I've heard is that these group assessments are tasks you'll be given instructions for on the day.

The main thing they'll be looking for is how well you work and communicate with the other candidates during the task; You don't necessarily have to get the right answers but so long as you work well in a team you should be OK.

The interview should be standard fare S.T.A.R. questions, read through the job description and plan your responses accordingly.
