The dispatch procedure for elizabeth line seems awful no high vis vests just people blowing whistles is this because they have nothing to do with the driver just hustling passengers both were the opposite of anything ive ever seen.

EL trains are self dispatch from all stations other than LST and PAD High Level and RDG

All platform staff are trying to do is keep the Platform train interface clear
