I can list them if you like! However I do take exception to your phrase “current counties”. The government recognise three different types of “current county”: local government areas, lieutenancy areas and historic/geographic counties. All three are listed on the ONS Index of British Place Names. One can “live in the present” and use the correct geographical definition of Warwickshire, which is what I did.

Tod has a Rochdale dialling code, so it’s inconsistent with the postcode but neither is Yorkshire

The old joke goes that the old county boundary ran through the middle of Tod town hall because both counties wanted to claim it, but the reality was that neither did.

The current boundary is a couple of miles southwest, with Walsden the last station in West Yorkshire and Littleborough the first in Greater Manchester
As phones were originally managed by the same organisation which managed the postal system, you can still see parallels between the boundaries of postal areas and dialling codes- as well as contradictions such as the one above.

An example being to the north of Huddersfield, just on the "town" side of Ainley Top roundabout (aka J.24 of the M62). The locality is known as Birchencliffe (also Lindley Moor) and uses the post town of Huddersfield, but has a HX postcode and 01422 area code, which are both Halifax.

Council areas also muddy the waters: Brighouse has HD postcodes and 01484 phone numbers, but is nowadays in the Calderdale local authority area.
