Disabled Railcard Renewal

Hi - pols if this is wrong thread.
My 3 year disabled railcard expires shortly
Just wondered
1) How do i go about renewing it
2) Do they ask for proof again at renewal or is it simply pay the fee and away you go?

Go to disabledpersons-railcard.co.uk or get an application form from a station and post it to PO Box 6613, Arbroath DD11 9AN.

That depends on the particular disability. They will tell you if they need updated proof.

It does state that you can renew up to 1 month ahead of the expiry date and they reserve the right to ask for proof of continued entitlement.

Looking at that page, I note that the railcard is sent by second-class post. Odd, when other railcards are sent first class!

I continue to receive renewals of both Family and Disabled Persons Railcards very promptly.

They give the option to have a e-card for downloading to two phones. Says delivery is quicker. Undecided when my comes up for renewal.
