Disabled access to NRM from York platforms 10/11

Is there any platform 10/11 access for disabled passengers who cannot use steps to directly access the rear area that leads to the National Rail Museum?

To gain access to rear of NRM from Platform 10/11 in a wheelchair you would need to use subway out to main station entrance then follow path on road round Royal York Hotel which takes you past post office on Leamon Road under railway.

No there isn't. As if there was there is still the problem of the steps from near the car parks.
