Now that the Covid warning tiers are in place, how does this affect dining charters?

Can they run under T2.and T3 laws? Would the origin, pick-up stops and/or destination be the deciding factor?

As I understand it, they can run as long as they don't pick up or set down in a Tier 3 area?
