Dining trains - anything less posh?

Hi,
Just out of interest, do any railways offer a dining experience that isn't 'posh' food? I'd love to do one at some stage, but I'm not a fan of most 'premier dining' menu options - I'd prefer something along the lines of a good pub meal!

I know KWVR do a fish & chips train which I'm quite keen to try at some point.

The GC has its griddle car, I know a few mates who when enjoying a day out there make a point of having a breakfast on it.

Looks like the Embsay and Bolton Abbey steam railway will be operating "Fish & Chip specials" on Fridays, from late July into early September 2022.

The West Somerset does trips from Bishop's Lydeard to Minehead, with fish and chips or cheese and cider on the outbound at lunchtime, combined with cream tea on the return in late afternoon.

Plenty of lines do Sunday roasts. Churnet Valley Railway’s is pretty good. I did it last year.

Bluebell does Fish & Chips @ £37, they were selling out really quickly last year and we were only able to book when the later trains were added, good evening out

Somewhere, in one of my boxes, I have a souvenir menu from the last Brighton Belle run in 1972. Although I didn't work at Brighton until 1983, it was given to me by an old hand guard when he retired in 1984. Grilled kippers were most definitely on the menu!
