I'm not sure what counts as a workstation, but the GSM-R phone book has 19 separate entries for the West Midlands Signalling Centre at Saltley .

It's not like the Yellow Pages or anything!
But yes, every radio has a list of all the signallers on the GSM-R network, just like a mobile phone would have a list of numbers you've saved.
