I am agree with the amount but, i don't understand why do they want me to pay not by website, when i checked sort code it is owned by lloid bank
Lloyds, one of the UK largest banks, operates the account on behalf of a customer. In the case, the name on the account - which I have checked - is "West Midlands Trains Limited".

ok thank you

Note that if the details are genuine they will be happy that you are confirming the details, or that there is a delay while you confirm them. If you get pressured into sending the money anyway then alarm bells should ring.

So that screen tries to make it easier for the vast majority of transactions to pay a water bill or a credit card - there are a few hundred accounts that represent 90% plus of transactions, and that is the second option. It short cuts having to enter the sort code and account details for a reputable company, and which isn't going to be fraudulent. It also stops people changing one digit to get money into criminals' hands.

The first choice there means you then go on to enter the business name and account details. It's important to be focused and check everything twice, but usually there is a matching process involved, and it will either say "it's a match", or "it's close" or "the name is incorrect". In my case I entered WMT and my bank said "it's close", since West Midlands Trains is clearly abbreviated.

It is difficult for me to understand that a 16 year old is actually about to make a payment in excess of £6000 to West Midland Trains, no matter what the fare avoidance circumstances are. The question to the OP @Sandress has to be - Have you responded at all to them to tell them that you are only 16 years old? Have you asked for any further supporting documentation from them about the fares which are alleged to have been avoided? It is very unlikely that WMT will proceed with a prosecution of a juvenile (a person under age of 18 years of age). I don't think that the OP has even confirmed that this sequence of events started with them being stopped with an invalid ticket.
Please take a step back from making any payment until you have received and acted on advice from the experts here.

You have only given some details here. That is your choice. But to give one example of a detail that matters, if you are under 18 years old there are restrictions as to what a rail company can do to you. It is difficult to see if West Midlands Trains are doing the right thing with the limited information. If you are over 18 years that's a different matter.

If you post the rest of the correspondence on here including what you wrote to them, people may be able to give better advice.

They almost certainly won’t prosecute you if you’re a child. Please do not pay them £1000 or whatever it is. Talk to your parents. They may call and speak on your behalf if you give the train company permission to speak to them.

A talked to my parents, problems are that i was in the police. Second is that i payed fine 1 time - 50£ for the gold card that i dont have, and i dont want the conflicts with them because it can influence on continuing of my visa, i dont know will they go to prosecution team or not, but i sent them my address and document that accepting my age, and iv used that way of tripping for 7 months, so if they will go the prosecution team they have all chances to win the case and ill be forces to pay much more with the crime record.

and my address
Then it seems like they have misplaced your email. Explain, again, that you are a minor - 16 years old - enclose the proof again, explain that you have no way of paying them £1000, that you are sorry, will not do this again, and ask to be let off with a warning. You can post your response here for someone to check it for style and sense before you do that.

On no account should a minor be paying one thousand pounds to a train company.

They want me to pay full price for trip without gold card but like 15y old and 150 admin fee which is 1035£

So why are they asking for proof? They are asking for this for a reason.

I think that because you are a minor, your parents should ask them to consider waiving any demand for a 16 year old to pay one thousand pounds.

Your parents should be handling this, not you.

Your parents should have handled this from the outset. Get them to write, or call, or email, today or tomorrow. Are you sure they even know about all this?

They should explain you are 16 years old and a child, and you have received a demand for £1000. That they are sorry you have caused them so much trouble, and that you are just 16, and cannot possibly pay that amount, and you were just 15 when you committed most of the offences. They should ask that the case be closed, that they have spoken to you, that they have told you how much trouble you have caused, how much stress this has caused them as parents, and apologise very much for all the hassle.

That is what I would if I was your father (and I am sadly old enough to be, I realise!)
