Diesel trains in Scotland.

Can anyone tell me which services in the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas are diesel operated please?
I'm aware all Aberdeen/Perth/Inverness are diesel operated out of Edinburgh and all Oban/Fort William/Kilmarnock/Stranraer trains out of Glasgow are diesel too but other than that, I'm not too sure. I read a while ago Paisley Canal was to be electrified?

Glasgow lines operated by DMUs: Glasgow to Edinburgh Line via Falkirk High, the West Highland Line, the Maryhill Line, the Glasgow South Western Line, the Croy Line, the Shotts Line, the Cumbernauld Line (one DMU per hour since electrification in May 2014) and the Whifflet Line (until December 2014, at least).

Edinburgh lines operated by DMUs: Edinburgh Crossrail, the Edinburgh to Dunblane Line, the Fife Circle and the North Berwick Line (for services to Dunbar).

The Paisley Canal branch was electrified in late 2012.

In summary, all ScotRail services outwith the central belt are diesel. Most Strathclyde suburban services are electric, or about to become so. This includes Ayrshire and Lanarkshire Services. At time of writing, I believe only Maryhill/Anniesland, and Whifflet and some Cumbernauld services are stilll diesel.

Edinburgh - Glasgow services are at present diesel except Airdrie-Bathgate and the Carstairs route, which has very limited service. North Berwick is electric, but Fife services remain diesel.

Manchester Airport-bound TPE services are occasionally replaced with diesel 185s (they were all diesel prior to the introduction of 350/4s a few months ago).

It does happen, but only on Saturdays as far as I'm aware and 170s are the DMUs that are most likely to appear, although 158s have put in appearances a few times before:

East Kilbride services from Central are still diesel, as well as those via Kilmarnock.
The remaining Queen St HL-Cumbernauld diesels run to Falkirk Grahamston.
The Borders line from Edinburgh will be diesel when it starts operating (extended from Newcraighall).

The North Berwicks are pretty much all electric, apart from the odd occasion where a diesel subs a 380, but on Saturdays, as Strathclyder has stated, The Dunbar trains are 170 operated as the North Berwicks run every 30 mins, using up all the 380s available in the east.
