Diesel Depot in Barking - Box Lane!

Hi all,

Other than Google maps and Bing maps does anyone know where I can find more information on the old diesel facility at Barking, Box Lane? I have searched for hours but it seems as if it never existed, can't even find an old code for it!

It can be seen when passing on the Dagenham Dock loop of the C2C line heading towards Grays but not enough time to really take any pics.

Only reference material I can find shows it as a breakers yard and in a now derelict state. Bing maps shows some good detail but looks like most of the original track has been lifted.

Due to it's proximity to Dagenham, could this be the old Dagenham Depot? (DM)

That was Ripple Lane depot
