Dft DFTO Recruitment for all Operators £100m award

Haven't seen any reference to it elsewhere, but seems a £100,000,000 award had been made for recruitment services to all DFT operators (and list names 16 including those not yet nationalised)

Don't know if this means recruitment is about to be centralised, or what is behind the contract award, but seems relevant to railway jobs.

As most existing threads are operator or role specific, thought it better to have separate thread. Maybe if lots start happening, then mods might consider if it needs to be pinned.
