Dewirement at Elstree

My parents are on an EMT service from Derby to London STP being held at Leicester due to an apparent dewirement at Elstree and Borhamwood. Anyone heard anything?

Conflicting reports as to whether or not it's the Down Slow or Fast affected. Can anyone confirm which line?

Trapped trains will be moved to platforms to release passengers ASAP. Detrained passengers may use Tube, London Bus, London Overground, Southern, SWT, SET and London Midland.

EDIT: 2001hrs - Trains are moving on 3 out of 4 lines past the incident site.

Wires down on down slow with all four lines blocked initially while checks carried out. Fast opened first and then the up slow. Up slow taken later for repair work.

All completed now, line restored and live.
