Devon Day Ranger validity mistake?

The Devon Day Ranger is now listed as ONLY valid on GWR services, despite having validity for, what are in regular service, SWR-only routes.

I think this all might be a mistake.

They probably removed SWT from the list of operators but forgot to add SWR...

That page does not say there are any TOC restrictions. The ticket is valid on all TOCs who operate within the validity area, unless stated otherwise.

According to the link you provide, it's valid for "unlimited travel for 1 day ... on National Rail services". It lists GWR as a participating operator but doesn't actually state that this is the ONLY operator!

But yes I agree it's clearly an oversight rather than an actual change in validity. I imagine an email to GWR pointing out the error would probably yield results.

Why would you assume that? I have already pointed out that there are no TOC restrictions on this ticket. There isn't any evidence of that, and bb21 confirms no changes have taken place.

If there were, in any case, you would be advised of them when you bought the ticket.

I shall be spending a few days in Exeter a few weeks from now. I am hoping to buy a Devon Day Ranger and Plymouth Bus Plus on the same day. I wonder whether this is possible, or whether Bus Plus is only available with a single or return ticket to or from the station in question?
