I was wondering how freight (eg 4M07 1002 Tilbury2 Container Tml Fl to Daventry Drs (Tesco)) traverses Willesden Junction from Kensal Rise > Willesden Up & Down Goods > Willesden Sudbury Jn as when I looked on a London Railways map, no through line was shown.

I then looked on Google maps satellite view and can see there is a line there, so my question is - is there a website showing all London train lines, not just passenger ones?

Travels on the City Lines from Kensal Green Junction to Harlesden Jn.
These are the ‘freight’ lines behind Willesden Junction Low Level station.

You could get Quail Maps..

Many thanks all, plenty to investigate
If you're interested in such things, and willing to spend a few bob (well, quite a few actually), I'd highly recommend Joe Brown's London Railway Atlas:
which contains a huge amount of information (the result of years of research I believe) both current and historical, documenting London's railways over their entire history.
The Atlas presents detailed mapping of all the lines which traverse the city, including those of London Underground, the DLR and Network Rail. Each map also illustrates the geographical relationship between overground and underground lines. The maps on the large format pages show all tracks and platforms. London Rail Atlas features all the lines in the capital, both open and closed, stations, changes of station name and station opening and closing dates.

The only downside is that you may lose hours of your life investigating things that you never knew you wanted to know about ... ;)
