Hi there, anyone got anymore details on deselecting of these HSTs? How is it done etc please. Just find it a rather interesting matter.

Are you talking about the doors? If so I can explain the set up on the XC HSTs CDL panel assuming they are the same.

On FGW HSTs the guard selects all doors, doors in front or doors behind. The appropriate doors will then be unlocked. Doors in front unlocks all doors in front of the panel, facing the panel. There is also an SDO hold position which allows the CDL key to be removed without locking all the doors.

It's a bit more complex though as I understand, i.e if you use a certain panel for SDO, your next use of SDO is restricted, unless of course the official document has changed since I had a gander at it.

It alters whether the SDO hold position must be used or the key simply turned to off. Sometimes turning it to off with lock all doors again, so the SDO hold position must be used instead.
