Derby Friargate site proposed development

Today's (Thursday 10th) Derby Telegraph page 3 reports that Wavensmere Homes and Clowes Development have submitted plans to the Council to build 276 homes and some commercial space on this 4.65 hectare site, which includes two listed buildings that have been derelict for over 50 years.
