A Saudi Railways passenger train was derailed near Damman, apparently due to flood damage to the track.

Riyadh: Saudi Railways Organization (SRO) in a statement stated that a train derailed near the eastern city of Dammam yesterday injuring 18 persons. It also mentioned that heavy rains caused the derailment.
