As I am sure many of you will be aware a few days ago there was a derailment at 6:15 in the morning at Windsor and Eton riverside as a class 450/5 was pulling out of the station, as it was starting its journey to Waterloo.
Does anyone have any more information about this? There doesnt seem to be much more information on the internet that I could find, other than the last carriage left the rails and a replacement bus service was going, with NR staff investigating.
I remember thinking the track around there looked a little tired shall we say, but would be interested to know if anyone has any more information on this.
(Moderators there doesnt seem to be a news section so feel free to move this to another subsection of the forum if Ive posted it into the wrong page)
