Hi all new here, I have recently passed the assessments and structured interview and now have the depot manager interview to pass for a trainee driver role.

Can anyone advise what type of questions I would expect to be asked or what I can do to help prepare for the day?

Thank you

Depot Manager Interview is extremely tough I've failed it Christ knows how many times. The questions are different every time so you can't really prepare for it effectively. You'd probably have to list about a thousand questions to cover all possibilities.

As every DTM Interview is different, then I'm sure some of them would be less tough than the Structured Interview. However, I also have experienced ones that are far, far harder.
Of cause there is far more pressure with the Structured Interview because you can only fail it twice then your out for good, while the DTM Interview you can re-take it numerous times, as I have done.
