Depot Manager Interview - top tips?

I have been given a date for my depot manager interview, but had no other details other than turn up! Can anyone provide any info on format, questions etc>?

Also are there any tests on the day or is it just a face to face interview?

Sorry buddy but there is plenty of info about this already posted on the forum do a search for it.

Do your research on the company and training process.

I have done research both on the TOC and on here, most of the threads are discussions regarding process and folks progress which is good to see, but I was just hoping for some info on the possible content of the interview...

yes I had seen 'Christina' and her experience as a trainee. I really just wanted a heads up on the interview now that I've got through the initial assessments and tests.

The DM interview is like an interview for any other job really. You have done the competency based interview so you need to swat up on the company and training. Unless someone else has had a driver manger interview with the exact same DM's as you recently you are unlikely to find the exact questions that with be asked. Simple answer is is know your stuff about the company.

My driver/line manager interview with Southern was not what I was expecting and was far more competency based. But if you prepare by knowing all the usual stuff about the company/history/future/who is who and practice some competency based questions then you will be fine. I guess it is down to the Toc on what format they prefer to use.
