Is there a good particular website that gives you info on train delays over the uk network?

National Rail Enquires will give sufficient delay information for the customer. There are however internal railway systems that give delays and reasons in more detail.

National Rail has a decent page here which gives updates on service disruption and engineering works in Great Britain. I'm not aware of site that provides both that and coverage of disruption in Northern Ireland.
