Delays in the Birmingham area (13/03)

Anybody know what is happening in the New Street area this morning? I have a disabled friend stuck at University who has been told that there are no trains back to Worcester for "the rest of the day".

Signal failure in the Birmingham New Street area. Lots of cancellations and delays though all expected to be back to normal by 12:00.

Major signal failure at Proof House Junction (fixed just after 0800)

Tamper failed at Coseley so direct line from Birmingham to Wolves (but not vice versa) closed till about 0900.

Train failure University for an hour from about 1000.

It's all been happening!
