Delayed East Coast Service

My daughter is on the 1000 Kings Cross-Aberdeen service which is massively delayed and at a standstill in the Perth area at 1815, having been there for well over one hour. Why are none of the usual websites such as East Coast or National Rail showing this train as being delayed?

NRE is showing the service is delayed due to an "operating incident" - that's all I can see but it's rather vague.

No sooner did I post about this delay, and the East Coast website has been updated and indicates the train is 140 minutes late.

I believe the delay is due to a SPAD, and the train is awaiting a replacement driver

What was a Kings Cross-Aberdeen service doing "in the Perth area"? engineering diversion?
