Interview questions should be based around the core principles of the job and how you can demonstrate them with examples.

The role requires you to learn and retain a large amount of railway knowledge and complex systems.
It can be a fast-paced environment where you need to maintain your concentration, and work quickly but accurately.
You need to manage extremely heavy workloads, and be able to implement agreed processes when the workload becomes too much.
You need to be able to communicate and work well as part of a team, but also have the confidence to work solo, if required (some locations have just one person rostered for 12 hour Sundays)

Can I ask what location this is for please?
