Hello,

If I have already had a 100% refund for my outward leg am I entitled to claim for a 100% refund for my return leg?
Therefore in effect getting 200% back?

No. Compensation is limited to the price of the ticket I’m afraid.

You could ask the train company for a discretionary goodwill gesture though.

No, you get 100% of each ticket (minus fee if applicable) for each leg, making 100% in total.

If the delay was on the same TOC, the chances of you getting the full amount advertised for each leg is very slim, as it's likey to be capped at 100% of the ticket price.

If the delay was caused by two separate TOCs then you have a very good chance
