I am confused who to Claim Delay Replay from.

Journey details as follows

Goole 07:229(d)
Doncaster 07:50(a)

Doncaster 08:13(d)
Newcastle 09:42(a)

Ended up getting to Newcastle 1 hour late.

This first part of my journey with Northern was delayed by 24 minutes and i missed my connection to Newcastle.

Where do I Claim Delay Replay from ?
