Morning, hopefully get pointed in right direction.
Bought tickets from this site, for travel from Warrington BQ to Motherwell.
Issued with split tickets, one Avanti service the other tpe.. Avanti service was late arriving Penrith, resulting in missed connection for Motherwell.
Arrival in Motherwell should have been 11.14, we arrived 12.50.

You can claim for the entire journey from Avanti. Yhe fact that the 2nd ticket was TPE makes no difference.

If you had Advance tickets then you'll get 100% of your ticket price back, as you were delayed by more than 60 minutes.
