I was due to travel Birmingham NS to Man Picc last Thursday at 16.30 - this train was cancelled due to OLE issues.
I got the 17.01 service and alighted in Macclesfield to get onward transport via rail replacement.
The 16.30 was due in to Man Picc at around 1800, I arrived in Man Picc (well, outside) at approx 19.20, comfortably within the 60-119 minute bracket
I applied for delay repay and confirmed I was requesting 1/2 my return fare due to the delay.
Today I have been sent an email stating the delay was 120+ minutes and I am to expect a refund on the entire return journey.
Have they made an error or is this because my train was cancelled?
