Delay Repay with Ranger Ticket TFW

Last Friday ( 23/01/26) I used a Heart of Wales Circular Ranger starting and finishing at Leominster.
I broke my journey at Swansea for circa an hour and then continued to Leominster via Cardiff, Newport and Hereford. The train to Cardiff from Swansea was delayed meaning I missed the planned connection and ended up at Leominster circa 40 mins late.
I put in a Delay Repay claim for 30 to 59 mins delay which was accepted & I received 25% of the ticket price . What is the calculation given its a Ranger ?

I think it varies by TOC but a Rover is usually treated as a return ticket per day of validity, basically as per a season ticket.

If you received 25% of the ticket price then surely you know what the calculation was, because you know how much you've been refunded?

Perhaps I didnt make myself clear. If it were classed as a single ticket the repay would be 50% , I just wanted to know how they classify a Ranger & is 25% correct ?
I cannot see any reference to Rangers on TFW web pages when calculating Delay Repay

The ticket you appended is valid for just one day and says that it's a 'Circular Ranger'. You start in Leominster and very likely end up back in Leominster. Sounds essentially like a (Day) Return to me!
