I have two scenarios i need to look at where delay repay is not entirely clear:
This happened last week with the wires issue at Radlett and i wasn't quite sure how this scenario applies.
1 - I have a z1-3 monthly travelcard and waiting for the 1627 from Farringdon to London Bridge - however it's cancelled and the next one is at 1813.
2 - I'm standing at catford station waiting for a train to london blackfriars and it's cancelled and the next one is (on time, but scheduled to be) 30+ minutes later. However there's a train at catford bridge 10-15 minutes from now that i can take.
Even though i have a travelcard (and hence have flexibility) and can take the tube/another station, am i eligible for delay repay in either of these cases?
