Just a quick question on how the scheme works-
I took a journey from A-C, changing at B.
The journey from B-C is the last one of the night with a 9 minute connection.
The train from A-B arrives at B 31 minutes late.
A taxi is put on to take me to C. C is unstaffed.
Because the train from B-C goes all around the houses, the taxi gets me to C 5 minutes ahead of my planned train.
Am I entitled to Delay Repay?
This is mainly hypothetical as the value of the ticket I bought was next to nothing, but I'm interested what the case would be if I'd bought a ticket worth claiming against.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
