Hi all, I am currently on a Eastbourne to Hastings train which is going to get curtailed at Hastings. I wished to go from Eastbourne to St Pancras International via Ashford International.

I have a London Terminals to Ore Super Off Peak Day Return valid for Southeastern High Speed. I planned to use the Outward portion from Eastbourne (having arrived earlier) and immediately use the Return. What is the process for Delay Repay on such tickets?

No different to normal, however I don't think you'll get the higher level of compensation that would apply to a single ticket just because you are using both portions at once.

I suppose what you claim depends on what you do. Are you still going to St Pancras, but an hour later? I would certainly advise against trying to claim for delays on both the outward and return journeys.

Agreed; also I would send an email to customer services, as a Delay Repay form isn't going to work for this.

Yep, currently on the 2016 to St Pancras.
