Delay Repay - Travel on multiple TOC services

A passenger travels on a journey from X to Y, using 3 services provided by TOCs A, B & C and their arrival at their destination is validly delayed by more than 30 minutes, caused by TOC B.

Which TOC do they make a Delay Replay claim with?

The TOC that caused you to be late. In your case TOC B.
