Yesterday, I was travelling from Newport to Worcester, via Hereford.
I was planning to have an hour in Hereford on the way back, by breaking my journey.
When I arrived in Hereford, there was a training running to Worcester just a few minutes later. The next two were cancelled. So, I thought I would change my plans by not having the hour in Hereford, and coming straight back to Worcester.
So, the train I was on ran to time perfectly. However, if I would have had the planned hour in Hereford, I would have got caught up in the delays and got home two hours late.
In this instance, can I claim Delay Repay?
