Thameslink train was cancelled and I got delayed by over 2 hours. Filled in the form, got rejected on the basis that they "can't find the journey you intended to make, so we're unable to verify if any delay took place" (which of course is ironic, given that you have to find a service when you submit the claim). Of course, I can appeal, right? Well, the delay was on the 17th of April, so now I'm unable to even enter the journey into their system as it's outside of the 28 day window...
How can I contact them to fix it?
One thing I also noticed recently, is how completely useless TOCs are when the ticket involves multiple TOCs. I had Thameslink reject my claim before, claiming that the delay was Cross Country's fault (and the journey didn't even involve Cross Country) or just this week GWR rejected my claim because "we appear to be missing the first leg of your full intended journey".
