Delay Repay - Split ticketing

I expect that this has been asked many times previously, so apologies.

Yesterday I travelled from Deansgate to Blackpool North, splitting at Adlington. The train was cancelled so I took the service one hour later.

For Delay Repay purposes, do I make one claim for the journey and submit both tickets on a single claim, or should these be two separate claims?
