If your arrival at destination where you've used split tickets is delayed, which trigger do you use to see if DR is payable? Is it the criteria for the operator for the last leg, even if they were not to blame, or is it the criteria for the company where the delay actually occurred?

I'm asking because, in theory, you could be delayed by 16 minutes at your final destination where the operator of the last leg applied a 30 minute criteria as a minimum for payout and thus not be eligible but the actual delay was caused by an operator with a 15 minute criteria which caused you to miss a connection, for example.

You claim from the operator who caused the delay according to their ctiteria for the length of delay that needs to occur for a claim to be payable.
