I made a day return trip from Glossop to Oxford yesterday, using an anytime day return Glossop-Stockport, and an off peak return from Stockport-Oxford (so I could catch the 0927 from Manchester Piccadilly without having to pay peak fare for the whole journey).
On the return trip I caught the 1639 from Oxford, which arrived into Manchester Piccadilly 20 minutes late at 1955, meaning I missed the 1946 to Hadfield and thus had to catch the 2049, arriving into Glossop an hour later than originally planned.
Am I eligible for delay repay for the 60 minute overall delay? Or does having split the journey leave me ineligible (as we passed through Stockport only 20 minutes late)?
Thanks
