Delay Repay question.

Just wondering who I should apply to for Delay Repay. My Avanti train inti Euston on a day the Tube strikes were on. So I walked to St Pancras for the train to London Bridge. When I got there the Victoria train home and the subsequent one half an hour later were cancelled. With the Jubilee/Windrush not an option because of the Tube strike I ended up taking a train to Ladywell and walked getting back 50 mins late. So do I claim off Avanti or Southern for Delay Repay as they were both responsible in part? If Avanti had been on time I could have caught an earlier Victoria train and if the Victoria train hadn't been cancelled I would have been home half an hour earlier.

What was your original itinerary and your actual travel? They define whether you have a claim and who from.

Original travel would have been PRE-EUS - Northern Line - LBG-BCY. Because the PRE-EUS train was late, the two trains LBG-BCY cancelled and the Tube on strike I had to go PRE-EUS-walk-STP-LBG-LAD-walk as I couldn’t go LBG - Jubliee line -ZCW-BCY. Hence it being complicated as the delay was partially due to all of Avanti, Southern and TfL(strike)

@TonyR people are asking for your exact itinerary, i.e. what time train you planned to get for Preston to Euston, and London Bridge to Brockley. And also what time you ultimately arrived at Brockley (or nearby) from Ladywell.

This is so we can establish how much compensation you are entitled to and who to claim it from.
