Delay Repay question

Hi all,

See attached journey details, the 09.11 Tamworth to Crewe is going to be 15 late into Crewe so I'll miss my TFW connection by about 2 minutes so I'll not be getting into Llandudno until nearly 1pm...

Booked through Trainsplit, who do I submit the Delay Repay claim with, WMR?

Your next train to Llandudno will involve using an Avanti, which shouldn't matter because of the delay but might be worth mentioning the delay when boarding to the train manager, they can sometimes be funny with Advances for TfW only even after delay

I was able to get the 1021 to Chester then the 1055 Holyhead from there to the Junction, I got the bus from there rarlther that wait almost an hour for the next train, shame I can't invoice WMR for the bus ticket too!

I did consider waiting for the Avanti but I'm not in the mood for an argument with a TM that doesn't know the rules.
