Hi All, I have a query regarding delay repay on a first class ticket.
The train was over 15 minutes late (Transport for Wales) but not over 30 minutes so id be entitled to 15 minutes delay repay. However as I had a first class ticket priced £40 that was purchased several weeks in in advance rather than the standard class ticket priced of £27 at the time of booking would i only be able to claim 25% of the £27 or am i entitled to 25% from the full £40? I did have the full first class service afterall so is it wrong to claim delay repay and include the 'extra' paid for the first class service i did receive.
Thank you.
