Morning everyone,

I've had a look through the forums and I would like some advice on the following.

On the 12th November I travelled from Darlington to London King's Cross with LNER, on 1E25. For various reasons the train arrived into King's Cross 128 minutes late.

I held two Advance Singles for this journey, Darlington-York, and York-King's Cross.

When applying for delay repay, should I claim for the combined cost of the two tickets, or would it be best to claim each ticket individually?

You should submit one claim, as you made one journey (even if with multiple tickets) - if you claimed separately, you could find that you receive less than you claim for the York-London ticket, as they might assume you took an earlier train to London. Put in the combined price of the tickets when asked, and if possible upload a picture/screenshot/PDF of both tickets.
