Delay Repay on Two Together Railcard Tickets

Hey everyone,

I just need some advice.

I need to claim delay repay for two paper tickets that are Two Open Returns from London Paddington to Newton Abbott.

The tricky part is the tickets have identical ticket numbers, but the GWR delay repay flags this and says the ticket numbers must be different. How can I claim for both tickets? Should I submit them both as one ticket, or should I do this a different way? Other people must have had this problem too.

The ticket number is first five digits of the long number at the bottom. One is 62362 and the other is 62363.

It also doesn’t matter what the ticket number is. They aren’t unique. You can put in made up numbers.

Another issue I have encountered when trying to claim delay repay for tickets bought with two together railcard was that WMR system claimed that "there are no tickets at this price between those stations available". So it had to manually entered and manually checked
