Delay repay on Standard Premium upgrade

Apologies if this has been asked before, I did look! Does anyone know if Delay Repay is payable on an on-board upgrade to Standard Premium on Avanti?

It's part of the fare paid so I'd be including it in a claim, yes.

I've not had any issues claiming for other types of upgrades (e.g. Weekend First) from other operators, and the concept is no different.

Yep, claimed that last week. You select that you used more than one ticket and upload the main ticket and upgrade separately. No issues with it being accepted and paid.
