Bit of advice required... I was somewhat delayed getting back due to numerous compounded issues, and wonder best way to enter them onto the SWR Delay Repay site, since it seems to ask for legs.

So Coming back from Poole (Disclaimer, I had a return ticket from Bournemouth, and got a single for the Poole - Bournemouth leg . I'm not bothering to claim the Poole - Bmth leg.

So Poole - Southampton - train started off about 15 minutes late should have left at 18:32, actually left 18:49. So the arrival was late at Southampton, arriving at 19:42, meaning I missed my 19:35 connection.

So instead I ended up getting the 2005 Southampton - PMH service... which ended up terminating at Fareham, due to points issues.

So next step... Fareham to Portsmouth and Southsea, which was routed via Havant to get round the points issue. I ended up in Portsmouth and Southsea at 21:57. Somewhat later than the expected 20:33 I should have been in, had there been no issues and stuck to the original itinery.

So, how do I put this complicated tale into the legs section? To me my legs should be Bournemouth - Soton > Soton - PMS?

Thanks!

It's not complicated - you are asked to enter your intended journey, as you've set out above.

Simply submit your original intended itinerary and how long the delay was in your actual arrival at PMS. You can also claim for your full journey from Poole to Portsmouth.
